SEA is an intermediary level for individuals to advance from self-development stage into a leadership/managerial position. They are required to hold leadership role and given the privilege to organize different types of events by utilizing the acquired soft skills and applying the skills practically to gain experience.
SOC nurtures individuals to run and manage the structured internal organization with a coaching approach. They have the authority to approve proposal written by the department’s manager/leader. The direction and goal of the internal organization lies on the shoulder of the individuals on this platform.
SED requires individuals to develop an innovative system which able to empower and delegate tasks accordingly pertaining to the organization’s nature and requirements. They have to equip the knowledge of running the organization and construct the best fit system.
